THE GALLERY is situated, on the square, in the heart of the picturesque village of Clarens in the Eastern Free state. THE GALLERY was established in September 2000, making it one of the first and most prominent galleries in Clarens, a village famous for its extensive and varied selection of art. THE GALLERY displays a substantial range of contempory South-African art, by many famous and some up and coming artists. The Gallery exhibits a large selection of hand made and uniquely decorated pottery, ranging from large to small pots, bowls, half pots and lamps.
